621- Amlou / أملو


500 grams (17.64 oz) whole almonds
50 ml (1/4 cup) of argan oil, to taste
2 teaspoons honey, to taste
A pinch of salt


1- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
2- Place the almonds in a baking plate and bake for about 15 minutes until they are completely roasted.
3- Remove from the oven and place on a plate. Let cool for a few minutes.
4- In a food processor, place the almonds and mix. In the beginning your almonds will turn into a powder, then into a compact and thick paste, continue mixing until you have a smooth and liquid paste.
5- Remove from the blender and pour into a bowl.
6- Add argan oil, honey and salt and mix. Pour into a jar and store in a refrigerator, or in a cool place away from light.
