648- Curry Chicken Wrap / ملفوف الدجاج بالكاري
4 chicken breasts, cut into small pieces
1 red onion, cut into thin strips
1 tablespoon Carrefour curry sauce
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 tortilla breads
2 tablespoons Carrefour pepper and eggplant sauce
4 salad leaves, roughly cut
2 tomatoes, cut into slices
1 cucumber, cut into long strips
Salt and pepper
1- Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Brown the onion strips for 3 minutes.
2- Add the chicken breasts with a pinch of salt and pepper and cook for 10 minutes until lightly browned.
3- Turn the heat down to low, add the curry sauce and cook for 5 minutes.
4- Spread some of the pepper and eggplant sauce on each tortilla bread.
5- Garnish the tortilla breads with salad, tomato, cucumber, chicken with curry and pickles.
6- Roll the bread tightly over the filling.
