671- Crunchy Dip of Cheese with Peppers / صلصة مقرمشة بالجبن مع الفلفل
1 Carrefour spread cheese
1/2 Carrefour goat buche
50 grams Cocktail Mix Intersection, chopped
1/2 green pepper, cut into small cubes
1/2 red pepper, cut into small cubes
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
A pinch of ground paprika
Zest of a lemon
1- In a bowl, place the Carrefour cheese spread and the Carrefour Goat Bûche, and mix using a spatula until you have a creamy texture.
2- Add peppers, parsley, paprika and lemon zest.
3- Mix until you have a homogeneous mixture. Add the Carrefour Cocktail Mix.
4- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. Serve chilled with crackers or biscottes.
