1- Divide one-third of the dough, add the cocoa powder and mix until completely incorporated. Keep the other part plain.
2- Mix both dough roughly to give them a marbled effect.
3- Roll the dough to form a cylinder of 3 cm in diameter, then cover it with plastic wrap and keep it in the freezer for 30 minutes.
4- Preheat your oven to 170 ° C. Using a knife, cut the dough into slices and place them on a baking pan covered with parchment paper.
5- Bake for about 15 minutes until the sablee are golden brown.
