703- Chocolate Nut Clusters / كرات الشوكولاتة بالمكسرات
This is another variation of the Desert Roses that my grandmother often prepared during special occasions. You can use any kind of nut combination, raw or roasted, depending on your taste. This is another recipe that requires minimal cooking skills but will still make you very popular among your friends and family!
250 grams (9 oz.) dark chocolate
100 grams (3.5 oz.) roasted unsalted almonds
100 grams (3.5 oz.) roasted unsalted peanuts
1- Place the dark chocolate in a bowl.
2- Melt using the microwave in 30 seconds shots and mix in between, until the chocolate has melted.
3- Add the melted chocolate to the nuts.
4- Mix all the ingredients until well integrated.
5- Using two spoons, put small mounds of the chocolate mixture on a baking pan covered with parchment paper.
6- Refrigerate the chocolate mounds for at least 1 hour before serving.
