863- Banana Dates Smoothie / عصير التمر والموز
360 milliliters (1 1/2 cup) milk
2 ripe bananas, peeled and sliced
4 medjool dates, pitted
A small handful of raw unsalted walnuts
1 tablespoon chia seeds
2 tablespoons unsweetened creamy peanut butter
1- In a blender, combine the banana slices, medjoul dates, walnuts, chia seeds, and peanut butter. Mix until smooth.
2- Add the milk little by little while continuing to blend until you reach the consistency of your choice.
3- Pour the date and banana smoothie into individual cups. Serve immediately.
Note: If you prefer thick cold smoothies like milkshakes, either freeze the banana slices before using them or add ice cubes when blending.
