Ingredients :
10 mini whole wheat pizza dough, cooked
For tomato sauce:
6 tablespoons plain tomato puree
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon freshly chopped parsley
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
For topping:
80 grams (2.8 oz) canned tuna, drained
3 tablespoons sliced black olives
80 grams (2.8 oz) Edam cheese, grated
Fresh parsley leaves, for garnish
Directions :
Step 1: Preparing the tomato sauce
1- In a saucepan, over medium heat, add the tomato sauce, dried thyme, garlic powder, parsley, olive oil, salt and pepper.
2- combine the ingredient then cook for 3 minutes. Set aside to cool.
Step 2: Assembling the mini pizzas
3- Spread 1 teaspoon of the tomato sauce on the pizza dough.
4- Garnish with tuna, black olives, and grated cheese.
5- Place the mini pizzas in a preheated oven to 180°C/356°F for 2 minutes to melt the cheese.
6- Top with fresh parsley leaves and serve immediately.
