920- Creamy Tuna Dip / صلصة التونة الكريمية
250 grams (8.8 oz) canned tuna, drained
1 small red pepper, cut into small cubes
3 tablespoons lemon juice
125 grams (4.4 oz) cream cheese
2 tablespoons heavy cream
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon of fresh chopped chives
Salt and pepper, to taste (optional)
For decoration (optional)
Fresh chive, chopped
1- In a medium bowl, place the tuna and crumble it with a fork.
2- Add the red pepper and lemon juice, then mix to combine.
3- In a small bowl combine the cream cheese, heavy cream, garlic powder, chives, salt, and pepper.
4- Add the cream cheese mixture to tuna and mix well. Place the tuna dip in a glass jar, decorate with chopped chives and serve with a side of grilled whole wheat bread.
