067 – Chocolate Surprise
12 oz of chocolate
nuts: almonds, walnuts, etc.
filling: peanut butter, jam, caramel sauce, dulce de leche, etc.
small baking cups
1.Melt the chocolate in a ‘bain marie’ by placing the chocolate container on top of a pan with boiling water.
2.Fill half of each baking cup with melted chocolate and let the chocolate cool down for 10 minutes.
3.Add the nuts and filling of your choice in the baking cupes.
4.Cover the fillings with more melted chocolate and smooth the surface with a spoon.
5.Refrigerate the chocolate for 2 hours.
