1 medium cauliflower head
50 grams of shredded mozzarella
50 grams of grated cheese
1 tablespoon of olive oil soup
1/2 teaspoon of dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of pepper
1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder
1- Remove the stems from the cauliflower and grate it so that you have a fine powder.
2- Place the grated cauliflower in a baking pan covered with parchment paper and bake for 5 minutes at 200 ° C / 392 °F.
3- After taking it out of the oven, place the grated cauliflower in a clean tea towel, allow to cool for 1 minute and squeeze it in order to remove all the water.
4- Place the drained cauliflower in a bowl, add the grated mozzarella and cheese, egg, olive oil, dried oregano, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Mix together until you have a homogeneous dough.
5- Spread the dough in the shape of a disk of 3 mm thickness on a plate covered with parchment paper.
6- Bake at 392 °F (200 ° C) for 20 minutes until the dough is golden.
