524- Chocolate and Avocado Mousse / موس بالشوكولاتة والأفوكادو
100 grams of dark chocolate
2 medium avocados, very ripe
10 grams of cocoa
3 tablespoons of milk
2 tablespoons of sugar
1 sachet of vanilla sugar
1- Cut the chocolate coarsely and place it in a bowl.
2- Melt it in a bain-marie.
3- Cut the avocados in two, remove their pit, and with a spoon, remove the pulp.
4- In a food processor, place the avocado pulp, melted chocolate, cocoa, milk, sugar and vanilla sugar.
5- Mix until you have a smooth and homogeneous mixture.
6- Place in glasses and refrigerate 1 hour before serving..
