545- Fruity Banana Cream Parfait / بارفي كريم الموز بالفواكه
Un dessert étagé, composé de glace banane et verveine réglisse, galets coco, et morceaux de poire.
2 large bananas
4 Carrefour verbena mint infusions
300 ml boiling water
1 can Carrefour pears
1 packet Carrefour coconut golden galets
1- Cut your bananas into pieces and place them in an airtight container and freeze overnight or at least 4 hours.
2- Infuse the verbena and mint infusions in boiling water for 5 minutes. Take the tea bags out and let the tea cool completely in the refrigerator.
3- Drain the pears and cut them into small pieces.
4- In a food processor, mix the frozen bananas with half the cooled tea for 3 minutes at high speed until a creamy mixture is obtained.
5- Dip a coconut golden galet in the remaining tea, place it at the bottom of a large glass, add frozen banana cream, pear pieces then two other soaked coconut golden galets and repeat the process the same way, finish with frozen banana cream and then pear pieces. Garnish the parfait with walnuts, decorate with mint leaves and serve immediately!
