546- Watermelon and Shrimp with Harissa Bites / الجمبري بالهريسة و البطيخ
12 shrimps, peeled and deveined
2 tablespoons spicy harissa paste
12 bite sized watermelon cubes
1- Mix the shrimp with the harissa paste until the shrimp are evenly coated. Let marinate for 30 minutes.
2- Heat a non-stick pan over medium high heat. Add shrimp and cook for about 5 minutes until both sides are cooked and change color. Remove from pan and let cool slightly.
3- Thread one shrimp onto an appetizer skewer, followed by a watermelon cube. Repeat until all 12 are prepared.
4- Serve immediately!
