Ingredients :

1/2 cabbage
100 g dried fruits (dates, dried apricots, raisins, etc.)
50 g nuts (almonds and / or walnuts)
1 tablespoon lemon juice (or vinegar)
1 tablespoon orange juice
1 small apple
salt, pepper, sugar (to taste)

Directions :

1- Cut cabbage in half, remove core, and slice very thinly.
2- Peel the apple, cut in half, and slice very thinly.
3- Remove the seed from dates, and chop nicely.
4- Chop into small chunks the dried apricots as well as the nuts.
5- In a large bowl, mix the cabbage, apple, dried fruit and nuts together.
6- Add a bit of oil, a pinch of sugar and mix well. Stir in the lemon juice (or vinegar) and the orange juice.
Serve immediately. Hmmm… delicious.
