567- Almond cookies – Gluten Free / كوكيز اللوز خالية من الغلوتين
250 grams almond paste
50 grams powdered sugar
1 tablespoon apricot jam
1- In a large bowl, place the almond paste, powdered sugar, egg, and apricot jam.
2- Mix well until all the ingredients are combined.
3- Place the dough in a piping bag provided with a piping tip.Pip the cookies in a shape of a circle of 2 cm diametre.
4- Place a small piece of candied fruits on the top of each cookie.
5- If you don’t have piping bag, you can roll the cookies dough between your hands into balls the size of a walnut. Decorate with a candied fruit on the top.
6- Bake in preheated oven at 160°C / 320 °F for about 15 minutes until golden brown.
