603- Hazelnut Butter Icing / زبدة البندق للتزيين


60 grams unsalted butter
125 grams icing sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons milk


1- In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. 
2- Keep cooking the butter until it stops crackling and turns brown.

3- Remove the pan from the heat and pour the butter into a bowl, passing it through a strainer.

4- Add sugar, vanilla, and 1 tablespoon milk. Mix until you get a smooth and homogeneous consistency.

5- If the frosting is too thick, add a spoon of milk little by little until the mixture is more liquid.
6- Leave to cool down for 5 minutes and then use it immediately.
