620- Apple Chips / رقائق التفاح

Ingredients

2 large apples
Ground cinnamon, to taste
Ground ginger, to taste
Ground nutmeg, to taste

Directions

1- Preheat the oven to 100°C (210°F).
2- Core the apples and slice them as thinly as possible using a sharp knife or a mandoline.

3- Place apple slices in a baking pan covered with parchment paper. Make sure that the apple slices are not overlapping otherwise they will not dry out properly. Sprinkle some ground cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg on top.

4- Bake the apples in the oven for 1 hour, then flip the apples slices to the other side and bake for at least another hour until they dry completely. The longer you bake the apples, the crispier they get.
5- Let the apple chips cool down completely before serving.
