623- Rosemary Roasted Chicken / دجاج مشوي بإكليل الجبل
1 chicken breast
1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, chopped
1 garlic clove, grated
Zest of 1 small lemon
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
1- In a small bowl, combine the rosemary, garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper. Mix.
2- Rub the mixture all over the chicken and marinate for 15 minutes. In the meantime preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
3- Place the chicken breast on a baking pan covered with parchment paper and bake for about 25 minutes or until tender.
