630- Banana Dates Beige Smoothie / عصير الموز و التمر


1 medium banana, frozen
3 dates
3 walnuts
3 raw almonds
A pinch of ground cinnamon
A pinch of grated nutmeg
250 milliliters (1 cup) milk


1- Cut the banana into slices and freeze them for a few hours before using them.
2- Pit the dates.

3- In a blender, place the banana slices, dates, walnuts, almonds, cinnamon, and nutmeg then add the milk.

4- Mix until you have a smooth texture. Serve immediately!
