700- Sun Tart with Pesto / عجين مورق بالبيستو
500 g puff pastry
50 g Pesto Vert Carrefour
Preparing the dough:
1- Preheat oven to 180°C.
2- Spread the puff pastry and garnish. it well with Carrefour green pesto all over the surface, leave 2 cm border.
3- Place the second dough over the first one by pressing on the edges.
4- Put a small empty glass in the center and press lightly to mark a circle on the dough without cutting it.
5- Cut the dough into 4 equal parts around the glass from the center to the outside, cut each quarter into 2, and again into 2 bands till you obtain 16 bands at the end.
6- Remove the glass, and turn each band twice on itself.
Baking the dough:
7- Beat the egg yolk and brush it over the dough.
8- Pour sesame seeds in the center.
9- Cook the pie for 25 to 30 minutes. Serve immediately.
