923- Mini Cakes with Smoked Turkey and Olives / ميني كيك بالديك الرومي المدخن والزيتون
100 grams (1/2 cup + 2 tablespoons) whole wheat flour
4 tablespoons smoked turkey, cut into small cubes
1/2 red bell pepper, cut into small cubes
3 tablespoons black olives, cut into small cubes
50 milliliters (1/4 cup) milk
4 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon freshly chopped parsley
Salt and pepper, to taste
1- Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F)
2- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
3- In a small bowl, mix together the whole wheat flour, baking powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
4- Gradually add the whole wheat flour mixture to the egg mixture while continuing to whisk.
5- Add the red peppers, smoked turkey, black olives, and parsley then mix with a spatula.
6- Place cupcakes liners in a muffin tin. Add 2 tablespoons of the batter to each muffin liner then bake for 25 minutes. Serve warm.
