Ingredients :
- Salsa: 3 tomatoes + 6 chiles (serrano, jalapeño, or something similar)
- Shrimp + salt, pepper, lemon, olive oil
- Chicken + salt
- Avocado Guacamole
- Sour cream
- Chopped tomatoes, onions, cilantro, etc.
Directions :
Step 1 – Preparing the Salsa:
1- Place the tomatoes (whole) and the chiles in a pot to boil in water for around 15 minutes (or until the skin of the tomatoes starts peeling off)
2- Once read, remove the tomato tips and place them whole with the chile in a food processor.
3- Add salt to taste. Blen well until you get a smooth salsa.
Step 2 – Shaping the Chicken:
1- Place the chicken breasts in water in a pot.
2- Add salt and pepper.
3- Boil for 20 minutes or until the chicken becomes tender.
4- Drain from water and shred the chicken. Add more salt if necessary.
Step 3 – Preparing the Shrimp:
1- Drizzle olive oil in a pan. Add the shrimp and cook on medium heat.
2- Sprinkle salt and pepper and a squeeze of lemon juice.
3- Cook for 5 minutes or until the shrimp changes colors and becomes opaque.
Step 4 – Final Steps:

2- Chop onions, tomatoes, cilantro, or any other ingredients you like (cheese, etc.)
3- Take a tortilla (watch video on how to make tortillas), fill it with guacamole and the ingredients of your choice, fold, and bite!!!!
