542- Moroccan Spicy Orange Salad / سلطة البرتقال المغربية الحارة
2-3 oranges (Navel)
Juice of 1/2 orange
Handful of black olives
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon ground paprika
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
Hot chili pepper (to taste)
Salt (to taste)
A small bunch of cilantro
1- Using a sharp knife, carefully slice off the top and bottom of the orange. Using downward strokes, slice the skin away from the flesh. Cut between the membranes to segment the orange. Remove the orange segments in between 2 membranes and place them in a plate.
2- Prepare the sauce: Combine the orange juice with paprika, cumin, hot chili pepper, salt, and oil. Mix.
3- Place the olives in a bowl and add the sauce. Mix.
4- Top the orange segments with the olives and sauces. Chop some cilantro and top it on the salad.
