678- Raspberry Heart Frozen Bites / كرات مثلجة بالتوت

Ingredients

Kiri cream:
4 Kiri portions
1 tablespoon sweetened condensed milk
A pinch of vanilla sugar

Raspberry bites:
10 raspberries, cut in half
150 grams dark chocolate

Directions

Step 1: Kiri Cream
1- In a medium bowl, place the Kiri portions, and using a spatula, mix until you have a smooth texture.
2- Add sweetened condensed milk and vanilla sugar and mix.

Step 2: Assembling the bites
3- In a silicone ice cube molds, put some Kiri cream, and then place 1/2 a raspberry on top.
4- Cover with more Kiri cream, smooth the surface and place in the freezer for at least 4 hours.

Step 3: Chocolate coating
5- In a bain-marie or microwave oven, melt the chocolate. Let it cool for a bit.
6- Remove the Kiri cream bites from the freezer and remove them from the mold.
7- Using a fork, lift the bites, then dip them in the melted chocolate.
8- Remove the bites while quickly tapping the fork against on the sides of the bowl to remove excess chocolate and place on a sheet of parchment paper.
9- Leave for 2 minutes then place the frozen bites in an airtight box and reserve in the freezer until serving.
